...in Australia!!
Yes, the Misanthrope and the Scottish lass are headed to Australia on Friday for two weeks of fun, sun and didjereewangoloos. For those of you just tuning in, Scottish lass moved to Australia when she was 12 (after a brief year in South Africa, where her parents took one look at the hatin' going on and got the family the hell out).
To prepare, we watched a couple of excellent documentaries about Australia, notably "Wolf Creek." It was heartwarming for the Misanthrope to know that he has kindred spirits in Oz.
On the itinerary - Syndey, Brisbane, the Big Pineapple (in Woombye, near Nambour - still no word on whether Princess Amidala is coming) and the Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo.
Look forward to photos of the Misanthrope cuddling cute Koalas and murdering backpackers in the Outback!
