The speech was brilliant. She digs at Obama by saying she never planned to run for this office. She then lists her actual achievements, which is something Obama never does because he can't. She hits what will surely be the major themes of the GE for McCain and she can point to things she has actually done.
She will absolutely destroy Biden.

This election is now about get out the vote and ground game. Obama has been very shrewd on that front as I have noted elsewhere on this blog. From that standpoint, McCain needs a lot of work to get out the base. Palin did a fantastic job of energizing that base, but Dems still have a natural advantage this season and Obama has planned a big get out the vote effort.
So, I dunno what the tea leaves look like now. I do know that the obscene media Palin Pile-On is about to blow up in their faces
