I Think The Word They Are Looking For Is "Default"
California defaults on its tax rebates. It's going to be ugly watching it the state go down in flames because pretty soon nobody is going to lend it any money.
I guess banner years are ahead for military recruiters in CA since it'll be the only job available for anyone actually looking for one out there. I wonder if Berkley students will still forbid them from setting up shop on campus now. Maybe, just maybe, they'll figure out that they can't educate and medically treat for free half of Mexico at the expense of their taxpayers. Oh I forgot, their taxpayers are the ones who WANT to educate and medically treat for free half of Mexico. Never mind…
