If this is what New York is like when we effectively shut down the border with New Jersey, I have no real complaints. Maybe we can stage one of these strikes once a quarter.
Well, many folks who work in the city are either enjoying their unexpected time off or freezing their asses off with long walks. Either way, there is a good side ... whether it's a form of vacation or a form of exercise.
